Story Circle Book Review
With thanks to Story Circle Network for the continued recognition of Even in Darkness through the Sarton Literary Award, and this wonderful interview (and thanks to Patricia Amort of the Ann Arbor City Club for the beautiful book art!) May Sarton, the poet and novelist who is the inspiration behind Story Circle Network's annual Sarton Award, was also an inspiration for author Barbara Stark-Nemon's book, Even in Darkness, the winner of the 2015 Sarton Award for historical fict

Poets at Michigan- A Kaleidoscope of Literary History
Walking home from an all-day symposium “Poets at Michigan” on a stunningly beautiful April afternoon, I thought of the word “Dayenu” which will be sung by families all over the world next week in a song at the end of the Passover Seder meal. Dayenu means, “it would have been enough,” and each of the three parts of today’s fine symposium, would have indeed been enough.
